Packaging:

Keeping things as sustainable as I can is a priority for me.

Your print will be packaged in a biodegradable cellophane bag that is made of vegetable starch. How clever! It is compostable, either commercially or on your compost heap at home. Just note, that at home it just takes a little longer!
This will sit inside a hard-backed envelope which is 100% recyclable. Or why not reuse, perhaps to send someone else some happy mail?

Shipping:

I aim to post artwork 1-2 business days after I receive your order. I ship with Royal Mail First Class UK, which should arrive 1-2 days after dispatch.
For the rest of the world, I will post via Standard Airmail. Your print should arrive 5-10 days after dispatch. These times are an average- delays within the mailing system, particularly at this time of year, are possible. Please order as early as possible to avoid delay.

If you need your print in a hurry, or with tracked delivery, please get in touch. I am more than happy to create a custom listing for you.

International orders my be subject to customs fees or import duties, depending on your country's rules. These charges are unfortunately beyond my control and not covered by my shipping fees. I am not responsible for any customs or duties incurred.

I am unable to offer returns or exchanges, unless I’ve made an error in your order. If you have any problems with your purchase, please do get in touch with me. I go to every effort to make my prints the best they can be, and I will do my best to help resolve any problems.
